Well after battling some minor technical difficulties I can finally present another scenario playthrough:

'Wizards in the Dark'

In which Radagast and Gandalf have to go all solid snake.

Due the afore mentioned difficulties (curse you WMM!) I had to come up with a creative solution. I'm hoping it goes down well because it took bloomin' ages :)

Before the game we had a discussion about how to interpret the phrase "Both players then take it in turns, starting with the evil player, to position 10 Goblins anywhere on the battlefield..."

Does that mean place them alternately one at a time until we get to 10? Or does it mean the evil player places 10 then the good player places 10, so ending up with 20?
Baring in mind that the participants are listed as 20 Goblins. Though it allows Goblins to come on as re-enforcements, so it could be saying start with 10 and cap at 20.

We went with 20 at the start with available models being the only cap but it seemed very tough for the Wizards.

Another great set of videos! The questions were very entertaining. That was certainly an interesting little tidbit about Gollum.

Go Sebastian Go! It’s heartwarming to imagine Sebastian defeating a goblin but I’m positive that it would be utterly horrifying to witness a hedgehog viciously chew on a character’s face like that. Awwww hehe

I’m glad the notion of heroic actions was discussed near the end. Gandalf should have definitely used a heroic move to get up that platform earlier on in the game. Poor guy was stuck down there forever :o

When Gandalf uses Glamdring (which is pretty much all the time) he bumps up his STR to STR5 (should’ve been killing Goblins on 3+). Lastly, you didn't consider the -1 penalty to win the fight when the GK was swinging away with his TH pick (you only applied the bonus of +1 to wound). Just remember to declare your attack: A) Normal B) Two-Handed C) Brutal Power Attacks

GK is "Burly", so ignores the TH penalty.

Definitely going to be getting some DoS stuff. I'll probably get the AUJ stuff I want first though.

I definitely want to get the Trolls, Azog, Hunter Orcs, Eagles and some other bits.

After I get the DoS journey book my priorities might well change though :)

Resist "shiny new syndrome". You can do it!
