I have used a Mordor Troll chieftain in a 500pt game against Easterlings. The Troll was awesome, you have no fear of archery as its so hard, and you can resist Transfix/Immobolise, and has might, for heroic fights and modify d6.

I have never used one in WOTR or SBG, Hilbert is right though.

Sone advice (from second hand info) is if you want it not to get shot, get the Shadow Lord, if you want it to survive a lot of combats get the Undying or the KoU. Dark Marshal is niceish (I think) Others are still good choices, and you could even use a basic one if you prefer.

Well, my Belgian friends, it is time to say good bye!

It was a great plesaure to play with all of you. I will go home at 18th Jan, but till that I have to do so many things, so I don't have any more time for playing.
I really enjoyed to learn to play the SBG, this is such a nice game. I will continue the development of the Find the tresaure game, and I will post my results on the OneRing.net.

I played 9 battles, I won 5 times, I lost 3 times, and there was a tie result. From the 9 battle 2 was Find the tresaure, and one WOTR.

Be cool, and play a lot! :D
