Post subject: | Best wash/shade/contrast paint for white robes? |
I've been painting Saruman recently. https://www.reddit.com/r/MiddleEarthMin ... _brownish/ While I'm somewhat satisfied with the effect, I can't shake the feeling the his robes came out too creamy. I used a grey seer undercoat followed by a seraphim sepia shade and pallid wych flesh edge highlight. Does anyone have a better way of painting white robes? I'm looking for a simple formula - basecoat -> wash -> highlight. |
