So, I decided to paint my Hunter orcs flesh blue to stand them out. We'll see how that goes But then, what paints shall I use? Any advice helpful. |

The old GW foundation paint Astronomicon grey was an awesome blue orc flesh colour. |

I believe our very own SouthernDunedain has a good technique for painting blue skin on his hunter orcs too - he'll be the man to ask |

The Mordor Uruks pictured in the following link were painted using the following method. Black undercoat Basecoat Astronomicon Grey ( sorry i don't know the new paint name equivalent) Ink with watered down blue wash Highlight using astronomicon grey again watered down brown wash. http://www.thedeadmarshes.com/p/mordor.html |

If I may offer an alternative Basecoat Shadow grey / the fang Wash w/ nuln oil highlight russ grey. Sorry for the poor picture, I'll try take a better one tomorrow. |
