I got some army painter brushes.

My question is when I was trying them out I was painting some brown on a ranger and when I went to wash the brush I noticed that it was stained brown.
The stain didn't come off and I washed it with hair conditioner (there real hair)

Is that normal?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. As long as the brush is washed properly and the paint isn't actually coming off, it shouldn't be an issue.

haha, the conditioner was a tip from a fellow wargamer at my club
