I'm looking for help and suggestions because I don't want me elves to look the normal boring colors.

Specifically Mirkwood Rangers. I want to make them oranges yellows and browns for a fall pattern with leaves on the bases.

I'm not the best painter so a lot of suggestions would help. And any pictures you guys have or have seen would help as well.

I did some mirkwood rangers in a Fall/Autumn colour scheme. I retained the greens to balance against the warmer colours but used greens that tended towards yellow and were not so saturated to give that change of season look.
