Stegadon Scale Green is what I use as a base when I want bluish green or greenish blue.

Orkhide Shade has a bluish tinge to it, though I think its OOP.

Another alternative is to use a medium to dark blue base coat and use a very light blue to mix into a highlight. Now use a turquoise colour to work the blend between the two. It takes time but you can push it as far as you want into the blue green look you want.
