Good effort! A couple of points to make though. Why metallics on sword and chainmail but not on helmet? Also for my taste the green is too bright for these subjects and drybrushing can leave a bitty impression especially close-up. Good gaming pieces. Buddha |

Very nice guide. Though your models were a lot greener than I wanted for mine, and the GW ones were far too grey, I just adapted your guide and colours for my liking. I used old GW Rotting Flesh (now made by Coat D'Arms) as my base, and also blended in the first version of Space Wolf Grey (round pots, C D'A) to make them an ethereal light green/bluish grey. Thanks for the guide, it did make a big difference in deciding how to paint my own. cheers! |
