This has to be the single most influential hobby article I have ever seen. When combined with the other two in the series (and another one is coming soon I am told), it forms the absolute cornerstone of our library.

I thank Ebob for submitting it to the One Ring and, looking at it again for the first time in over 18 months, I am just as impressed now as I was when I was new to this hobby.

Simply inspiring work!

And now that I have the right tools, some milliput and greenstuff, and some of Ebob's armatures, I will be trying my hand at some figures of my own - starting with the Black Rider in this article.

Ebob's articles are some of my favourites, sculpting is such an interesting topic. Ebob's guides made me try it myself. :D

Well done!

Mexican wave for Mr. Ebob again!

Great article, easy guide, can't wait to see the others!

And like Peregrin Took said, it also hapened to me, after I read Ebob's guides on sculpting, I started myself, and the guides really work!

Let there be more!

Isc.

Thanks for the guide. The first guide on the site is how to make a gimli sitting on a dead orc...and I really just need practice and something to make me have more confidence. Thanks! :D

Awesome sculpt, Ebob. I reckon someone at GW saw this article and copied it to make the mounted version of The Tainted!
