oh, what a lucky coincidence: I had painted my dwarf kings on the weekend.
the more I can dive into your article and experience the painting job once more! ;-)

a wonderful description with good pictures!

these models are so nice to paint.
I can only encourage everybody to do so and follow this article.

I like your reddish hair scheme. with blazing orange - very clever!
and: if you look at my dwarves or others, it's interesting to see how different this king can look.

(that's why I would find it a good idea if we could search the pics galleries and all pics ever posted on this website to generate results e.g. of only dwarf kings, or only aragorn on horse, etc. for comparison/different colour schemes/faces, etc.)

Nice article Miguel with good results, however I think after proofreading it that you should see a Therapist about your 'Ginger' fetish

Well, I'm inspired :)

Great article Miguel, I enjoyed reading it thoroughly. Excellent pictures that show the whole process of painting and equally good text.

It actually made me want to paint one of these Redheads
Thanks for submitting it!

Nice one Mac!

That ginger is a great colour, especially for dwarves. It could look good on a hobbit too, or a lighter version of it.

Good to see you going strong like this. You've always maintained such enthusiasm for both the site and the hobby, we're fortunate to have you in the community. :)

Keep them coming, Mac, they are much appreciated.

Very interesting article, Mac. I will definitely try that Blazing Orange trick on one or two of my Khazad Guard soon. I wouldn't have ever believed you can use orange on hair and get it look so natural.

What next? Sporty dwarf? Baby dwarf? ;)
