About 40cm, from bottom to top. A while ago I had the idea of making a ‘giant’ foot & putting some mini’s (painted!) into a little boat next to it. But other projects interfered. I’m a hobbyist, like everybody else on this site (or so I believe). It’s good therapy, too: building in Middle-earth is a great way to escape from your daily troubles.
