Pre ordered 21/04/2017 the thranduil guy and some other stuff.
Now we are the 03/05/2017 and still my order is on pending when i check it.
Already send them like 2 mails and still no reply?
What can i do more?

Best to give them a call and follow it up, normally they are very good.

I was in the same boat. No email responses either. But I finally received an automated email today telling me that my order has shipped. Good luck, hopefully yours ships soon too.

Did you order any other stuff that hadn't been released? It could just be they had a glut of orders and weren't able to keep up. I agree they're normally very good, but I do think they should be more accessible via email too, not just automated messages.

I cannot say a bad word, too.
FW customer service works great, but same as others...the easiest way is to pick up the phone and call them, directly.

PS. I have also got yesterday an e-mail that my order with few Thranduils is dispatched, so I believe that there was a small delay with new model availabilty.
