What are the Iron Hills Dwarfs with shields ont heir backs and two hand weapons?

Also interesting to see weapon options for the ramriders (axe or spear).

the dwarves with shields on their back are the ram riders dismounted models... As the shield its an option to give them.

Also mattocks count as two handed weapons for the same dudes...

or alternative options if you need footslog iron hills warriors with mattocks as well...

Very impressed with/interested in the Gundabad Troll. Looks very nice, I also like its in pretty much the same pose as a my converted Gundabad Troll out of a Cave Troll, which also happens to have a club.

Anyone know what base size the Troll is on? It looks bigger than 60mm.

I thought they didn't have an option to take shields?

No they don't. He means Shields are included in the 3 pack infantry. Don't put them on dismounts, but do put them on to get more variety in your foot models shield wall.

Is that a Iron Hills Dwarf Command with captain and banner bearer? I think this is the first dismounted command pack of The Hobbit range that includes a banner if I am not mistaken. Glad to see the comeback

That troll is huge! I would have preferred more cave troll sized ones, but that will make impressive center peace miniature for many peoples armies for sure.

Still loving all the Iron Hills Models. I agree, the troll is a behemoth. I think he would be a darling candidate for an airbrush. Kinda funny to see the old school static grass on GW models; they seem really into those peel and stick tufts.
