The Fellowship as a whole seems to have disappeared from the GW store. You can get Gandalf, Boromir and the new Legolas' but no Gimli or the hobbits. Very strange.

Edit: back on site, just don't remember it being $50.

About a month left I noticed it was discontinued. The plastic Fellowship was still there the last time I checked a few weeks ago. Does not make much sense to me as it was the most iconic characters of LotR.

2 month till lotr/hobbit go's to forgeworld,
I'm just waiting for them to do what they did with whf/sigmar and remove lines of minis!

Since the new Middle-earth team was formed, we've started to see OOP models returning (e.g. Shades). At the Forgeworld open day the word was that the existing range will continue on the GW website and new models will be on the Forgeworld site. The existing range won't be going away.
