I've just noticed that on the product description for the WC, that the word Necromancer is followed by TM. Now I don't know about how the license agreement works, but perhaps this means that the Necromancer is part of the license and that GW, having sunk money into it, may just make the model after all?

...maybe

...if we're good.

Galadriel - no... looks like the morning after a hen-party.
Elrond - no.. looks like he slipped on an icy pavement
Saruman - yes!
Radagast on eagle - ok.

I like all of them but the Saruman really stands out.

Simply sent a question to their customer service asking about the absence of 360 pictures. They've already forwarded it to the web team, looking forward to their response.

The latest Warhammer releases (be they 40k or Fantasy) still have the 360 degree pictures; you can even view models from the top now, which is pretty cool.

Picked up the new White Dwarf. Elrond looks better from other angles. Saruman's robes look a little thick but it's a very nice sculpt. Galadriel doesn't look much like Blanchett but the sculpt is nice if you buy into the ragged war ascpect appearance. Radagast on Eagle is about what I expected, looks fine to me but could be replaced with an obvious plastic conversion.

The battle with the Necromancer and Ringwraiths scenario looks interesting. Note that the rules for the Ringwraiths are those from the Mordor sourcebook. Seems like they would have released a new set of nine this week with everything else if we were going to get new models. Same thing goes for the Necromancer.

EDIT: NOT FUNNY AT ALL. What has this got to do with New Releases?

Post removed.

Do they use the old necromancer model?

They show the old Nazgul models on foot (not Twilight Ringwraiths) but they don't show the Necromancer in the pics.

If they were gonna release new wraiths, it would have been in this issue to coincide with the new scenario.

I don't know about that, I think we can assume that the Nazgul designs were a bit late, so if they were going to make them, they may be a bit late in making the sculpts. I have no doubt that we are going to see another supplement in another six months or so that includes all of the new dwarves and evil stuff. I also hope we see 3 more points battle scenarios like in the DoS book. We just need to be patient and wait to see what happens. We were worried that we would never get Radagast on Sleigh or Azog, but we did.

Don't feel like reading too much into that (and this is coming from a cynic). GW is incredibly tight on leaks these days, with information only coming out a week or so in advance, rather than the many months it used to be.
Let's not forget that they didn't even have pictures of the new White Council figures in the supplement, despite the fact that the minis would have been done for a long time already. New Nazgûl could be set for release in a few weeks, and we wouldn't know about it - that's how they prefer it. Apparently.
