Hey guys just got my hands on the new supplement today, when reading the profiles I've noticed certain ones without pictures however their names are different to previous versions and also have the italic parts like most of the new titles.

From what I've gathered the next release wave should be a white council one consisting of:

Saruman the Wise
Radagast the Brown riding great eagle
Galadriel, Lady of Light
Elrond, Lord of the West

My guess that a Gandalf foot and mounted model will be released at a different time, but due to the fact these new figures are the only ones mentioned out of possible future releases I believe it points to being the next wave of new releases.

The LOTR crowd is still waiting for a corsair reaver.

Honestly, I expect *maybe* one more small wave to include an all inclusive, final rule book, or a series of two books, again a la LOTR. One book for good forces and one book for bad.

Well that's why I have said possible champ it is just speculation. I believe those are poor examples as those were from completed books, this supplement looks like being the first half with another to come at a later date .. again more speculation however I don't think this book we have currently received to be the final hobbit rulebook. I think it is for the current release wave hence my opinion being that we could very well see the models I mentioned as the next releases.

Beorn and Bolg were both subject to cgi changes hence having later releases, Thrain and Thror were released under a different schedule and within the year of the first rulebook. I see no relevance of what you mentioned to the subject.

All I have offered is an opinion and a guess as to what could happen next, nothing is assumed.

I really, really hope we are not getting any more white council models. Unless we first get the Iron hills dwarves and BOFA baddies.

We've got plenty of Saruman, Galadriel, Gandalf, Elrond, and Radagast sculpts. The only one we "NEED" is Raddy on eagle.
I don't want more of the same, give me new models of new characters!

I think the only White Council models we're going to get are a new Galadriel without armor but with her Phial and Radagast on Eagle.

Amen to that. I plan on using my old Galadriel my Isengard Saruman and my last alliance Elrond for these.

Yes, Radagast on eagle will surely be released since GW has had a no rules no model policy lately.
